There’s so much happening we’ll bundle some of these events together.
It's as if you didn’t get enough sports yesterday. This week it’s the NBA All-Star Weekend (think 3-Point + Dunk Contest, Celebrity + Rising Stars Games, and of course the All-Star Game on Sunday). Sunday is the Daytona 500 and the NHL Stadium Series, Saturday is UFC 298, there are Champions League Games on Tuesday and Wednesday, and Tiger Woods is making a special announcement today.
Lots of Holidays and Holy Days…In the world of love, it’s Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s Day, and, of course, Singles Awareness Day this week. Party it up at Mardi Gras, have some pancakes while you’re at it for Shrove Tuesday, and then give up some things for Lent on Ash Wednesday.
Awards season rolls on, with the BAFTAs and the 49th People’s Choice Awards airing on Sunday.
And finally, a bit of a grab bag. Watch Jon Stewart’s return to The Daily Show tonight, and check out a new season of Love Is Blind on Netflix, which appropriately airs on Valentine’s Day this year. We’re excited to play the new Mario vs. Donkey Kong game that will be released on Friday, and London Fashion Week begins the same day.
